Return Policy

At Goyal Traders, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must include all original accessories, tags, and invoices.

  • Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from our website.

Note: Products that are custom-made, personalized, or part of a clearance sale are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged during delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page

  • Products showing signs of wear or misuse

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@goyal.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  4. Ship the product back to the provided address using a reliable courier.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm the return status via email.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned product.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • In case of COD orders, a bank account will be requested for refund transfer.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Please email clear photos of the damage and your order number to info@goyal.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the issue.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. You may return the product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.

  • After that period, cancellation is not guaranteed, especially for items already processed or shipped.
